The situation

Orders came in by email. Planning depended on inventory, demand history and procurement data sitting in the ERP. One person held the two together.

What we built

Forecasting reads demand history and inventory to surface what is likely needed. The workflow reads each incoming order, checks availability, prepares the action, and routes every ERP change through a person. Read-only forecasting went in first; writes were switched on only once the approval flow was proven.

The result

Structure without a migration. The team works in the same channels and still approves every material action.
